Our Services

Document Your Processes

Estimated time: 16 hours per process

Do you have a process that isn’t working as designed, or is taking longer than you think it should?

A process is a sequence of activities that results in completing a task, like paying a bill, reconciling cash, or feeding the cattle. Maybe the steps are all completed by one person or a team, or maybe the steps involve handing off work from one person to another. There are any number of ways a process can become inefficient or ineffective over time.

Katharine will bring fresh eyes to observe and then inquire about the process, document a process flow of the steps, and consult with management about opportunities to improve the process.

Test Your Internal Controls

Estimated time: 40 hours per internal control

You already have your processes documented and know what your internal controls are. Now you just want to know if they’re operating as designed. Katharine will design the test, help identify the population to test, draw a sample, and provide a report on her findings in plain, clear language that your elementary school kid will understand.

Consult on Your Business Issue

Estimated time: 1 - 8 hours per issue

Sometimes a business owner needs an impartial, confidential resource to talk through a sensitive issue. Katharine will listen carefully, ask probing and clarifying questions, and provide ideas for your consideration.
